WORKS TRANSLATED BY THE PANEL

Bahá’u’lláh wrote thousands of letters, Tablets and books which would amount to more than 100 volumes. This website includes those works of Bahá'u'lláh that have been translated into Spanish.

The Báb (1819-1850) – the “Gate” – was an independent Manifestation of God, with the mission of inaugurating a new cycle in the spiritual development of mankind. His Writings prepared the way for the coming of Bahá’u’lláh.

As Bahá’u’lláh’s successor and chosen interpreter of His Writings, ‘Abdu’l-Bahá expounded upon the teachings of His Father’s Faith, amplified its doctrines, and outlined the central features of its administrative institutions.

Appointed Guardian of the Bahá’í Faith by ‘Abdu’l-Bahá, His eldest grandson Shoghi Effendi (1897-1957) guided the worldwide growth of the Bahá’í community through his extensive correspondence, much of which has been collected in book form.

The Universal House of Justice is the international governing council of the Bahá’í Faith. Bahá’u’lláh ordained the creation of this institution in His book of laws, the Kitáb-i-Aqdas. Since 1963, the Universal House of Justice has guided the Bahá’í world community to develop its capacity to participate in building a prosperous global civilization.

Publications commissioned by the Universal House of Justice and statements of the Bahá’í International Community.

Collections of extracts from the Bahá’í Writings prepared by the Research Department of the Universal House of Justice on various themes, including women, consultation, peace, and scholarship.
